This is a small offering from a walk to the cove this morning — a simple reflection in these troubling times.
In a podcast I listened to recently, a woman shared about her years of learning with the Cree people. The interviewer asked her, “What was the core teaching that was passed on to you?”
She paused and said, “It’s so simple.”
To care and to share.
That was it. Looking after each other, and sharing what we have.
In a world that can feel so complicated, so overwhelming — these words felt like a reminder of how simple things really are.
We don’t always need to fix everything. But we can begin here.
